Refund and Return Policy

At Malemea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, we offer the option to return the item for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the tags intact.
• Returned items must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt.
• If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service to arrange the exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be provided.

Return Fees

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code.
• If the return is due to an error by Malemea (wrong item sent, incorrect order), Malemea will cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

Right of Withdrawal

In the event of exercising your right of withdrawal within the legal timeframe and under the conditions stipulated, you will be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original order within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Late Returns Beyond the Legal Period

If you request a return within 14 days but send your package after this period, you may only receive store credit or an exchange, provided that the returned products meet the return conditions. No returns will be accepted after this timeframe.
